Over the years, ToolSaver has produced hundreds of specials, including custom turret blocks for large swing lathes with flange or quick change mounts, and the multi-pocketed gang tooling that attaches, with custom cartridges. ToolSaver has reverse engineered 25 year old milling cutters (that outperform newer positive rake designs) and built exact replacements, including the obsolete pocket components that mount in those cutters. ToolSaver has proven capability and know-how to build most anything related to indexable tooling.

As the samples in the picture above suggest, we excel in producing special holders, cartridges and heads, either to blueprint, sample, or as engineered by ToolSaver.
